SHIPPING POLICY – MARKED

1. PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days.

For made-to-order or engraved pieces, processing may take longer.

Estimated times will be shown on the product page where applicable.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

2. UK DELIVERY

We ship across the United Kingdom using Royal Mail or equivalent tracked services.

• Standard Delivery: Royal Mail Tracked 24
• Estimated delivery: 1–2 working days after dispatch

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout.

Free delivery may be offered on qualifying orders.

3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently do not ship internationally, including EU and Northern Ireland, due to regulatory requirements.

Option B (if you reintroduce later):

International delivery options and costs will be shown at checkout. Delivery times vary by destination.

4. ORDER TRACKING

Where available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

5. DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to:

• Postal service disruptions
• Weather conditions
• Customs processing (for international orders)

6. LOST OR DELAYED ITEMS

If your order has not arrived:

• Please allow 5 working days (UK) from dispatch
• Then contact us at: Hello@thisismarked.com

We will investigate with the courier and resolve the issue where possible.

7. INCORRECT ADDRESS

It is your responsibility to ensure all delivery details are correct.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address:

• You may be required to pay additional postage for redelivery

8. DAMAGED ITEMS IN TRANSIT

If your order arrives damaged:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide clear photos of the packaging and item

We will resolve this as quickly as possible.

9. SPLIT SHIPMENTS

Where necessary, orders may be dispatched in separate shipments.

You will not be charged additional delivery fees for this.
