RETURNS POLICY – MARKED

We want you to be confident in what you wear. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle it.

1. YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL (DISTANCE SELLING)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.

You then have a further 14 days to return the item.

2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn and in original condition
  • Returned in original packaging where possible

3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following are non-returnable unless faulty:

  • Custom or personalised items (including engraved pieces)
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

4. HOW TO RETURN

5. RETURN COSTS

  • Customers are responsible for return postage
  • We recommend using a tracked service
  • We are not responsible for lost returns

6. REFUNDS

Once received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be issued within 5–10 working days
  • Refunds are made to the original payment method§

Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item is faulty).

7. FAULTY ITEMS

If your item is faulty:

  • Contact us within 14 days
  • We will cover return postage where appropriate

8. EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
