Returns should be straightforward.
If something isn’t right, please let us know.
You have 14 days from receiving your order to tell us that you would like to return it. You then have a further 14 days to send it back.
Returned items should be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
Some items cannot normally be returned unless faulty, including:
• Personalised, engraved, or custom-made pieces
• Pierced jewellery where the hygiene seal has been removed
• Reed diffusers or fragrance products that have been opened or used
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, email hello@thisismarked.com and we will put it right.
