Returns

Returns are straightforward. No friction. No uncertainty.

If it isn’t right, it goes back.

You have 14 days from delivery to return your piece. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and returned with all packaging.

Once received, refunds are issued to the original payment method.

For hygiene and personalisation reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Engraved or customised pieces
• Earrings (unless faulty)

If there is an issue with your order, it will be resolved.
